With a voice that beams like a ray of California sunshine, singer-songwriter Annie Bosko’s “CASH” is available now. Written by Bosko with Griffin House after playing a prison concert for inmates, “CASH” was inspired by the paradoxes that made the Man in Black such a compelling figure.

“I love that Johnny Cash was a renegade with purpose. He went against the grain and shared his music with those who felt most forgotten,” notes Bosko. Bosko co-produced the track with Grammy award winning writer/producer, Tommy Sims, merging Americana, country and old school rock n roll sounds.

Bosko pairs the organic twang of ‘90s country with a western rock and roll edge; simple songs told from heart preaching equal parts healing and honky-tonk hope. The Golden State native earned the title of Artist to Watch from Rolling Stone Country. Bosko broke out in 2014 with the SiriusXM/CMT hit “Crooked Halo,” bucking the bro-country trend for a traditionally flavored anthem that has now amassed more than 3 million streams. She went on to write songs recorded by Willie Nelson and Jessica Simpson and tour alongside Tim McGraw and Jelly Roll while also becoming an in-demand studio vocalist.

After years of hard knocks and creative shapeshifting, Bosko is now embracing her true nature coupling unapologetic twang, clever wordplay and deep compassion with her long standing down home-diva vocal to capture the full range of timeless American art in its purest form.
